1. Assume that the nucleotides of dark DNA and conjugate molecules are connected by flux tubes having quark and antiquark at their ends that u, d, and their antiquarks correspond in one-to-one manner to DNA nucleotides so that coding results. Suppose that similar coding takes place for dark DNA in the sense that dark DNA code work is connected by 3 flux tubes to its conjugate for corresponding dark aminoacid. Assume that both dark and ordinary DNA nucleotides can be connected to their conjugates by relatively long flux tubes (large hbar) and that they can be also accompanied by short-circuited flux loops. Assume again that genetic code mapping codons to quarks is realized. Similar short-circuited closed flux loops could be possible for aminoacids and RNA.
2. Assume that a reconnection for long flux tube connecting nucleotides and their conjugates and for nucleotide flux loop is possible if corresponding quarks are same so that the assignment realizes genetic code. For instance, a reconnection in the middle of flux tubes connecting dark DNA and its conjugate would generate an ordinary DNA sequence. If this sequence binds to the DNA strand and if the reverse of the reconnection process occurs after that, dark DNA sequence becomes coded ordinary DNA sequence.

1. Is the dilution necessary in order that the magnetic flux tubes of the molecular magnetic expected to have size of the order 100 nm in the solution do not overlap? This would mean that the density of dark DNA in the experiments of Montagnier would be rather low in the experimental situation, maybe something like 1 DNA sequence per volume of cell nucleus. Can so low a density explain the effects of polymerase in the experiment of Montagnier's team? Could the critical dilution be the dilution above which the 7 Hz radiation is able to serve as a metabolic resource?
2. Could it be that the density of dark molecules is actually much higher than the dilution would suggest? This would require replication of dark molecules (which is indeed quite conceivable if dark molecules define a life form preceding ordinary DNA). The mechanical agitation could provide the metabolic energy for the dark molecules. Dark molecules could also be part of time in lethargic state and wake up only when energy is fed and replicate just as biomolecules are ice-covered and wake up only when external perturbation feeds energy and induces self-organization.
But why would be critical dilution required? Why must the density of ordinary molecules be so small? This is difficult to understand.
3. Is it the number of dilutions and agitations which matters rather than the density of the ordinary molecules in the final situation? Could the sequence of dilutions induce an evolutionary process analogous to a sequence of environmental catastrophes posing evolutionary pressures and leading to rapid evolution of dark DNA variant able to replicate and survive? Could each mechanical agitation induce quantum phase transitions increasing the value of Planck constant for the flux tubes inducing evolutionary leps and increasing the size scale of the corresponding magnetic body?
Could the associated feed of metabolic energy also induce a replication of the dark molecules so that one would have a population with a density much higher than that of the ordinary molecules in the final situation? Whether the number of agitation-dilution processes matters instead of final density of molecules could be tested by using different initial values for the density.
4. Could the limiting wave length correspond to 7 Hz cyclotron frequency for some relevant ion and therefore also to an evolutionary step making possible to couple to magnetic Mother Gaia. The condition that the frequency corresponds to energy above thermal energy at room temperature would require hbar/hbar0 = r 10^11. The number of the dilutions should be so high that the molecular evolution reaches this level.

Electromagnetic Signals from Bacterial DNA

Chemical reactions can be induced at a distance due to the propagation of electromagnetic signals
during intermediate chemical stages. Although is is well known at optical frequencies, e.g.
photosynthetic reactions, electromagnetic signals hold true for muck lower frequencies. In E. coli
bacteria such electromagnetic signals can be generated by electric transitions between energy levels
describing electrons moving around DNA loops. The electromagnetic signals between different bacteria
within a community is a “wireless” version of intercellular communication found in bacterial
communities connected by “nanowires”. The wireless broadcasts can in principle be of both the AM
and FM variety due to the magnetic flux periodicity in electron energy spectra in bacterial DNA

Research Summary:

The main area of research involves applications of quantum field theory at the interface between high energy theory and condensed matter theory. The work is almost always done in very close collaboration with experimentalists both at Northeastern University and in Europe. The research topics are extremely varied, and only some of the topics are briefly listed below.

(i) Quantum electrodynamics has been applied to electrical engineering circuits in low temperature (and more recently high temperature superconducting Josephson weak link circuits). Macroscopic quantum states have been predicted and observed in such circuits allowing for studies on the nature of the quantum mechanical measurements and the nature of the thermodynamic second law entropy increase and its connection with what we perceive as the forward direction in time. The Feynman-Einstein-Tolman-Podolsky notions of forward and backward propagation of signals in quantum field theory is taken quite seriously. Although usually restricted to high energy particle physics, such time propagation may be applied to electrical engineering circuits.

(ii) Macroscopic quantum mechanics and the nature of time reversal symmetry has long appeared important for processes involving K mesons. In particular, at the F factory (to built in Rome) there will be there will be copious production of particle-antiparticle pairs of K Mesons. Quantum interference in detection of the K decay products will be measured on the macroscopic length scale of centimeters. This gives us the opportunity to investigate the Einstein-Tolman-Podolsky notion that 'future measurements' can have an effect on 'past measurements'. Similar oscillations studies are being carried out for neutrinos and other Fermions.

(iii) Presently there is no experimental evidence for or against quantum gravity (i.e. quantum general relativity), although the experimental evidence for or against quantum gravity (i.e. quantum general relativity), although the experimental evidence for classical general relativity is quite substantial. The quantum gravity predictions suffer from being too large (divergent) in theory, and from being too small for experimental observation. Just as macroscopic quantum electrodynamics presents an electrical engineering problem, macroscopic quantum gravity presents a mechanical engineering problem. One must find quantum 'stress-curvature-strain' relations (the two sides of the Einstein field equations). There is a long way to go in this effort.

Research Summary:

Professor Swain is an experimental high energy physicist with a strong interest in related theory. He is involved in three major experiments:.

1. L3 at the LEP accelerator in CERN, Geneva, Switzerland: The Large Electron-Positron collider (LEP) collides electrons and positrons (antimatter counterparts of electrons) in order to probe the structure of matter and its interactions at the highest possible energies. Using the L3 detector, the group tries to reconstruct what happens in these collisions, with a special emphasis on understanding how two seemingly disparate forces, electromagnetism and the weak interaction, can be seen as different aspects of the same thing. Much of the group's work has been centered on this physics, especially using the tau lepton, a mysterious heavy cousin of the electron, the reason for whose existence we have, as yet, not the slightest idea.

2. CMS at the LEP accelerator in CERN, Geneva, Switzerland: The Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is planned to run after LEP in the early part of the next century and will extend the group's search into the nature of matter and enable them to address the fundamental question of the origin of mass, and test many theoretical ideas including supersymmetry. Involvements include software and simulation, physics studies, and research and development for the electromagnetic calorimeter readout.

3. The Pierre Auger Project: Together with colleagues from Argentina, the group has been looking at applications of high energy physics to cosmic ray astrophysics. In particular, the observation of cosmic rays of extremely high energy (far greater than that of any terrestrial accelerator) poses a great mystery, with no plausible mechanism known for their acceleration. This work is both theoretical in a general framework, and tied to the Pierre Auger Project which consists of giant observatories to be built in Argentina and Utah.

A theoretical analysis is made of the differential cross section for the process of inelastic scattering of electrons by a nucleus accompanied by the emission of two nucleons. The analysis is twofold. First, assuming a purely electromagnetic interaction (of the semiclassical Mller type), and invoking closure and impulse approximations, the above cross section is shown to be simply proportional to the Fourier transform of the nucleon-nucleon correlation function in the nucleus (at a momentum determined experimentally). Secondly, following a physical idea due to Gottfried and employed in a similar context, the nuclear cross section is compared to that of the electrodisintegration of a deuteron. This has the advantage in that it eliminates the need to introduce an explicit Hamiltonian (as in the first case), and also it allows us to include some very important mesonic effects due to the virtual pion exchange between the two outgoing nucleons. This approach, therefore, shifts the problem to a theoretical understanding of the connection between the deuteron wave function and the pair-correlation function in a nucleus. A computation of the cross section is made, which is rather low, yet is seen to be within the reach of the present experimental techniques. Detailed kinematical questions are explored and the optimal experimental setup indicated. The corrections due to (1) the final-state interactions and (2) real-meson-production channels are also discussed. In conclusion, we surmise that there is a definite need for detailed experimental study of two or more nucleon emission phenomena for the determination of the correlation function at high momentum (or small distances). Beyond fixing some qualitative guidelines, the no-nucleon and one-nucleon emission cross sections seem to be less than adequate.

Conclusions

First off it can not be emphasized enough that Gregg Braden has never read this research. He found it on an internet posting thought it sounded cool and tossed it in his books and videos. He sources a peer reviewed journal article that has nothing to do with the claim. This is at best lazy scholarship, and far more likely just out and out lies, and since he uses these lies to sell his products it is verifiable fraud.

As for the claim itself, it appears as if several Russian researchers, with a marginal publication record, went off the deep end of quantum woo. Using their status as scientist they claimed to have discovered mechanism of quantum healing and bioquantum computing in DNA. After they went off the deep in none of their work got published in peer review journals. At least one of the authors, Peter Gariaev, has published only in alternative medicine and woo journals, when he isn't busy spamming internet forums with the crisis in life science. At best, the research was published in a conference abstract that was not reviewed for content validity and accuracy. This conference paper was the end of the line for the science, as no one, including the original authors, replicated or extended the work at all. In fact, it has received no citations at all in the scientific community.

The internet rants from Gariaev appears to be where this whole thing got started, with Braden picking it up on some forum and then tossing it in his books and videos as scientific evidence for quantum woo. From there it spread out in to the altie community, with everyone sure that it is backed by controlled scientific evidence.

У Монтанье и молодых соавторов четкие внутренние контроли, исключающие контаминацию.
1. Перенос свойств ДНК происходит только при определенном ее разведении (если грязь, то разбавляй-не разбавляй, будет амплифицироваться).
2. Перенос происходит только через определенное время воздействия считывающего ЭМИ - 18 часов, насколько помню (если грязь, то синтез с загрязняющей ДНК пойдет существенно быстрее).
3. На выходе они получают исходную ДНК-последовательнсть в 100 пар нуклеотидов. Точность совпадения последовательностей - 98% (если бы имели место контаминации экзогенной ДНК, то получали бы все, что угодно, а не эти 100 пар ТОЛЬКО).

Так что критика безосновательна и продиктована интересами, далекими от науки.
